the few, the proud, the americans living in hong kong. some of us red-blooded yanks awoke uncharacteristically early monday morning to partake real-time via satellite of our nation's biggest sporting event of the year, the superbowl. i'm not sure what i enjoyed more: the 4th quarter of the game or watching the chinese passerbys watch us.
bar-food breakfast just ain't the same as game day snacks. and i never thought i'd come this close to weighing as much as my companion, so i gave him my sausage. and bacon.
questioning my early-morning decision.

yes, i know they cancelled the rest of their tour, including the asian leg, and no, i am NOT okay.

first off, i think it's absolutely fabulous that you watched the super bowl over there. too bad it was a lukewarm game until the gut-wrenching 4th quarter. (saaad....)

I was SO excited for the Spice Girls...I'm extremely upset. I didn't eat @ all after I heard. I was really planning on coming to see you/scary spice. Oh man it hurts. I just have one question...WHY?!

I had no idea they canceled their tour! They have said that they haven't been able to stand being around each other. I guess nothings changed. Don't worry, maybe they will come around.
I thought about you when I heard about the Spice Girls but i didn't have the heart to ask how you felt about it...
